One of the witnesses was her brother Phillip Barrett. William J BEART, Jane's son by her former marriage, (stepson of Fredk BOWDEN BALL) probably attended the marriage service.
Jane's mother Rosabella Barrett died in 1925 at 446 High St., East Malvern, home of Jane and Fredk BOWDEN BALL. She was mourned by her family who wrote loving tributes in the newspapers and was buried at the Brighton Cemetery. I located her grave but found there is no headstone - perhaps it has disappeared. It seems likely that Jane and Frederick Bowden Ball then moved to Kilmore, as Jane died there six years later in 1931 aged 64, and Fredk BOWDEN BALL died in 1935 aged 77.
