Will of Noble Beatty (1909)

This is the last Will and Testament of me Noble Beatty of the Parish of Hampton in the County of Kings Province of New Brunswick made this nineteenth day of April AD 1909.

I hereby revoke all former Wills and Testaments heretofore at any time made by me.

I appoint as my executors Sarah Ann my wife and Herbert Fowler both of the Parish of Hampton in the County of Kings.

It is my Will that my Executors do sell all my real estate and personal property that I now possess or may possess at the time of my death when convenient to the best advantage and my widow to have her maintenance out of the proceeds of such sale during her natural life time or as long as she remains my Widow.

She to pay my just debts and my funeral and testamentary expenses.

And whatever balance is left after her lifetime maintaince I bequeath to Susan and Ida Beatty daughters of my late brother William Beatty share and share alike for their absolute use and benefit.

I will that my executors put a gray granite monument at my grave.

Signed Sealed and delivered by the testator in our presence and as the presence of each other and who have at this request subscribed our names as witnesses.
