Adams, Henry Clay - born Sept 29, 1845 (lied about age to enlist) at Altay, died 1915.  "wounded in action at Fredericksburg, Dec. 13th 1862 by a spent ball."  Wife Ophelia Harder got widow's pension.

Carpenter, J.M. -  (this would be John M. Carpenter)   53y "Father" No death date. Co. A, 89th NYVI, Brg. 1, Div. 9 AC in online listing of Millport Cem, Town of Veteran, Chemung Co., NY.  There is a John M. Carpenter Jr. listing in same cemetery so suspect vet lived.

Everson, Charles Slosson - Captured at Chaffin's Farm (1864) and later exchanged. Suffered from Typhoid. Was friendly with and visited by Capt. Roome, after release from prison camp (Salisbury Prison). He suffered the effects of Typoid the rest of his life. He moved to Wisconsin and died there in 1902. Bloomer, Edward Montague - was born November 27, 1841 and died July 1, 1917. He married, Belle, maiden name unknown (Nevada M. Clark). Served in Company G, 89th NYVI, Civil War. http://w3genealogy.com/articles/1000367.htm

Fairchild, Elisha W. - Co.G 89th         1839-1907, bur. Gregorytown, NY Cem.

Marshall, Willard D. - Co.G 89th         1842-1909, bur. Pepacton NY Cem.

Waterous, James - was 19 years old in Oct 1861 at enlistment at Windsor, Cpl. Nov. 16, 1861. Struck in arm by ball that bruised the arm, did not penetrate. Died of typhoid Sept. 14, 1863 Folly Is. SC

Hall, R. H. - struck by a ball in thigh struck his pocketed pipe, so not serious on Dec. 10 1862 at crossing Rappahannock (from letter James Waterous dated Dec. 16th, 1862)
