About Grady Louis Eiland:
Sergeant Grady Louis Eiland, casualty of the Vietnam War. As a member of the Marine Corps, SGT Eiland
served our country until July 27th, 1970 in Quang Nam, South Vietnam. He was 20 years old and was not
married. Grady died from small arms fire. His body was recovered. Grady was born on October 16th, 1949
in Foley, Alabama.
SGT Eiland is on panel 08W, line 059 of the Veterans Memorial Wall in Washington
D.C. He served our country for 3 years.
