In trust nevertheless for the uses and purposes hereinafter specified and declared (that is to say) that they the said Robert DICKINSON and James DIXON or the survivor of them shall let and to farm let all my said share of the estate called Bowes Tenement aforesaid until my Grandson Frank DICKINSON shall attain his full age of twenty one years and the rents and yearly profits thereof to be paid out by my said trustees in and for the support and education of my Grandchildren that are in their minority. And as soon as my said Grandson Frank shall have attained his full age of twenty one years, then I give grant and devise unto my said Grandson Frank DICKINSON, his heirs and assigns all that my said moiety, share or half part of all that customary messuage and tenement with the lands, grounds, closes, enclosures and parcels of land or ground thereto belonging and all my right, title, interest or demand of in to or out of the same all which said premises are as aforesaid situated, lying and being in Witherslack and called or commonly known by the name or names of Bowes Tenement or Middle Lowwood. To have and to hold all the said moiety, share or half part of all that said customary messuage and tenement, lands, grounds and premises called Bowes Tenement or Middle Lowwood aforesaid with all and singular rights, mentions, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto my said Grandson Frank DICKINSON, his heirs and assigns for ever: subject and charged nevertheless with the payment of such legacies as I shall hereinafter give and bequeath (that is to say). First, I give and bequeath unto my Grandson Robert DICKINSON of Queen�s College in the University of Oxford the sum of one hundred pounds. To my three daughters Elizabeth DODGSON, Jane CARR and Abigail DODGSON equally between them all other plate, books, linen, clothes and wearing apparel, household goods and furniture whatsoever and all my money, securities for money and other personal estate and effects subject to the payment of all debts, funeral expenses, probate charges and legacies to my executors hereinafter mentioned. To my executors five shillings each If any of my said three daughters shall die in my lifetime and not leave any lawful issue that shall survive me I give the share or shares of such of my daughters so dying to my son George DODGSON and his surviving sister or sisters.
