Of Charnock's two Annotations, and my share of Dr Bates works with two more which John SHAW joins with me at, I give unto Brother Robert and brother John, but Flavel I give to them and Bella Matte and my wife to exchange every Quarter, all the rest of my Books which my Wife did not bring my Wife may give them amongst my nephews and nieces as she thinks, except she has a minde to keep sum here, likewise I give to my Brothers Robert and John all the rest of my Cattell as Beasts sheep or Horses, and husbandry gear after my Wife has kept what as she will want they paying to my Neice Ruth SCARBROUGH three pounds a year as long as she liveth, Brother Robert to pay her it, as long as my Wife remains my Widdow, and Brother John to pay it after and I would have Brother Robert and John to give each of there own childer ten pounds a piece if they please, but what ever was left to any of my relations, I have either pay'd them it, or I have left them it now in what as I have given them, also I give to Brother Robert a silver pinte, and to my neice Ann beck the Longest Looking glass but if I shou'd have a child or childer none of these legacys are to be given to any but what as I have in my hand, which was left to Sister Martha's childer and to three of the youngest of Sister Ruths all the rest is paid, but if I should have Childer and they died, then all to go as I have orderd, and if there be any more money to spare after these legacies are paid it is to be given equaly Amongst my Brothers and Sisters Childer, and all the House furniture after my Wife has done with them, but these that I give my Wife, I give to my neices Isabel and Martha Burton, all but some things that I have or shall name, and by this Will I make my Wife, Robert HUNTER, Arthur BOUSFIELD and Cousin John HEWETSON Executors in trust for the uses above mentioned and to each of them I give five pounds apiece for there trouble. Failing such agreement the same shall form part of the residue of my Estate and be sold accordingly.
