Concord Items
Mr Fletcher Haller of Defiance County, after an absence of more than thirty years, came among his friends during his fathers sickness. He is one of the substantial men of his county, having filled the office of Justice of the Peace for several years, and is also Post Master at Cicero. His hair white, and weighing two hundred pounds changes the appearance of the boy much since the first recollection of Specs Jr.
