Public Records of Champaign Co, OH Court of Common Pleas Vol 2 by Denise K ay Moore and Pat Stickley pg81 Record Book 30, Page 498- Filed 9 May 1863- Petition to Sell Land David Loudenback, Administrator of Samuel Blue, deceased vs Nancy Blue, Sarah Blue & Others Samuel Blue and Richard Blue in-common, held 157 acres (less 8.7 acres sold to Amos Baker and 20 acres mortgaged to David Miller) of the south-we st quarter of Section 21 Township 4 Range 11 (Mad River Township). Richard Blue died circa 24 January 1863 and he had left no widow or children. In his will, Richard had left his estate to Samuel Blue, however, Samuel had died before Richard. Isaac Neff was the administrator of Richard 's estate. The heirs of Samuel Blue were: Nancy Blue, widow; Sarah Blue; Andrew Blue; Mahala Blue and Abigail Blue.
