About this Site

I began this website in the spring of 2008 as a project in a beginning web development class at the University of Missouri-Columbia, where I am enrolled in the graduate library science program. It is an attempt to organize and share the material I have collected on the Traveller family over the years; my ultimate goal is to provide documentation for every fact here. I am a descendant of Reuben Traveller through his daughter Ruth.

Please feel free to use both the information and the scanned images, but include the sources!

I expect to be adding to the project, so check back occasionally! I would also welcome comments, corrections, and additions.
