Hiram and Horace are living side by side in Pennsylvania. Horace has three children, Elmira, N. A., and H. A. Jr. Hiram has three also, younger than Horace's: H. O. is 6; Arvilla is 4; and Loretta is 1.
   
   
1860
   
Hiram and Horace have reached Iowa. Note that Chloe, their mother, is living with Hiram now. All three of Hiram's children are still home, but only Horace A. still lives with Horace.
   
   
In 1860, Calvin is no longer at home; he is working on a very closely neighboring farm.
   
   
1870
   
By 1870, Calvin and Lauretta have married, and have three children, Warren, Eleanor and Frederick. They are in Scott County, Liberty Township, Iowa.
