The church met and after praise and prayer 1st granted a letter of dismission to Brother Joseph HENDRIX and wife. 2nd appointed the deacons procure the labors of some minister to labor with us for at least once a month for one year. TAULMAN and Sister Elvira BLANKENSHIP and Hester Ann ADAMS, Mary Ellen LAWRENCE, Emeline LAWRENCE, and Sister Elizabeth RAY. February 20th received by relation Brother John BLANKENSHIP. February 23rd received by letter Sister Bell SAMPSON 2nd Received by letter Brother DONHAM and wife and Isam BLANKENSHIP, Harvey B. HILL and William WELLS by experience. March 3rd Saturday 1864
The church met and after praise and prayer 1st received the report of the deacons that was appointed to procure the labor of a minister to labor with us one fourth of the time for one year and they report that Brother Thomas GEORGE can be ... Voted to call Brother George to labor with us once a month for one year. Brother Wm. DIXON inform Brother GEORGE that the church request Brother Thomas GEORGE to labor with them once a month for one year and then adjourned.

The church met and after praise and prayer 1st voted that Brother THomas GEORGE act as moderator when present taken by consent that we meet on the second Saturday in each month. 3rd voted that we raise the salary of our pastor by Publick collection. No other business appearing adjourned.

May 2nd Saturday 1864
The church met and after praise and prayer 1st received Brother Sobiske BUTLER as a candidate for baptism and a member of the church when baptised. No other business appearing adjourned.

June 2nd Saturday 1864
The church met and after praise and prayer no business appearing adjourned. And on Sunday following received Sister Sophrony CARPENTER as a candidate for baptism and a member of the church when baptized and then adjourned.

The church met and after praise and prayer 1st Heard the report of the committee and they were discharged. 2nd Voted that the money 11 Dollars & 75 cts on hand be paid to W. B. LEWIS.

Jan 4th Saturday 1866
the church met and after praise and prayer 1st granted Mariah Elizabeth HILL a letter of dismission. 2nd Appointed Brother MALCOM to see Brother W. B. LEWIS and ascertain if he can labor with us one fourth of his time.

Feb 4th Saturday 1866
The church met and after praise and prayer 1st Granted a letter of dismission to Brother John COX. 2nd Appointed Brother Handy DIXON to procure a lamp and oil for the church and report the cost at next meeting and then adjourned.

March 3rd Saturday 1866
The church met and after praise and prayer 1st received the report of Brother DIXON and accepted the lamps. 2nd Granted letters of dismission to Brother Dudly CARPENTER and wife. 3rd Granted a letter of dismission to Sister Lucinda TURNER. 4th appointed a committee of three to procure or minister to Senr us another year. 5th Samuel HALL, James COX, and Handy DIXON be the committee. 6th Appointed to see Brother FOWLER and admonish him to do his duty. Brothers GRAHAM, MALCOM and BUTLER to be the committee and then adjourned.

April 3rd Saturday 1866
The church met and after praise and prayer 1st moved to call Brother W. B. LEWIS to labor with us as a minister 2nd Brother FOWLER being present the committee was discharged and he is restored. 3rd Agreed to keep the house themselves and Sister Emily DEPUTY agrees to keep it 4 months. Brother BUTLER 2 months, Brother COX for November and December. Brother DIXON for January. Brother MALCOM February and March. 3rd Received Brother Henry LAWRENCE and wife by letter. 4th Granted Sister THOMAS a letter of dismission and then adjourned.

May 3rd Saturday 1866
The church met and after praise and prayer 1st Granted a letter of dismission to Brother J. W. HILL. 2nd Granted a letter of dismission to Sister Mary Ann BYFIELD and then adjourned.

June 3rd Saturday 1866
The church met and after praise and prayer 1st chose Brother W. B. LEWIS moderator and Sidney BUTLER clerk and then adjourned.

July 3rd Saturday 1866
The church met and after praise and prayer 1st Appointed Brother J. G. TIPPETS to write a letter to the Association and present it at this church at next meeting. 2nd Appointed Brethren Thomas HILL, W. B. LEWIS, James COX, Joshuway (sic) TIPPETS, and Willson GRAHAM delegates to the association and then adjourned.

August 3rd Saturday 1866
The church met and after praise and prayer 1st Adopted the letter written by Brother TIPPETS to the Association as our Letter to the Association and then adjourned.

September 3rd Saturday 1866
The church met and after praise and prayer no business appearing adjourned.

October 3rd Saturday 1866
The church met and after praise and prayer 1st granted a letter of dismission to Sister REDMAN and then adjourned.

November 3rd Saturday 1866
The church met and after praise and prayer 1st Restored Brother Abner HALL to the fellowship of the church. 2nd Granted a letter of dismission to Brother Abner HALL and Melinda HALL, his wife. 3rd Brother COX paid the Pastor W. B. LEWIS 3 Dollars & Brother FOWLER paid One Dollar and Brother Henry LAWRENCE Three Dollars and Brother Wm. GRAHAM Two Dollars and Brother Handy DIXON One Dollar and Brother GADDY one Dollar and Brother Sam MALCOM One Dollar and Sister Emily HUDSON One Dollar amounting to Sixteen Dollars. 4th Appointed Brother Handy DIXON to procure glass and put them in to the meetinghouse and report at next meeting.

December 3rd Saturday 1866
The church met and after praise and prayer 1st Received the report of Brother H. DIXON for glass and paid him One Dollar ten cents and then adjourned.

January 3rd Saturday 1867
The church met and after praise and prayer 1st Appointed William GRAHAM to procure a lock and put it on this meeting house and report the cost at our next meeting. 2nd Brethren James COX, Handy DIXON, Sidney BUTLER, Williamson DIXON, and Aaron SCOTT was appointed a committee to make out a list of what each member ought to pay for the expenses of the church and report and then adjourned.

The church met and after praise and prayer 1st Received the report of Brother GRAHAM. The cost of the lock was one dollar and Seventy-five cents. It was paid. The church then paid Brother LEWIS Five Dollars and twenty five cents. 3rd Voted to call Brother LEWIS to preach for us one fourth of the time for one year and agree to pay him Forty Dollars. 4th Brother MALCOM agrees to keep the house for March and April. Brother COX May, June and July. Brother SCOTT August. Brother HALL Sept, Oct and November. Brother GRAHAM December. Sammy BUTLER January and Brother H. DIXON February. No other business appearing adjourned.

January 3rd Saturday 1868
The church met and after praise and prayer 1st Received the report of the committee that was appointed to procure a minister to labor with us a few days. They report that Brother GEORGE can be had and they are discharged. 2nd Received a request from Brother HENDRICKS for a letter of Dismission for himself and wife but there was objection and the church appointed Brother W. DIXON to inquire into the nature of the report and report at our next meeting. 3rd Voted that the committee that was appointed to assess the brethren be requested to collect the same and then adjourned.
