Funeral services were conducted from the Christian Church in
Roseville,Warren, Illinois, Had lived in Illinois 17yrs at time of
death. So must have moved to Illinois in 1901. 1885 census Belleville,
Republic, KS. states Emma was in Nebraska before Kansas
The 1900 census for Warren County, Illinois states Emma's father
was born in Ohio and her mother in Indiana. Was a half Iroquois
Indian. ?

Nettie was unmarried at childbirth. Names Rufus Poe as father and
his birthplace as Alabama. His age was 22. I have a Bible of
Amber's dated Jul 9, 1898 given to her by her brother Frank
Horrell. Amber was Baptist at the Roseville Christian
Church at age 11

Mrs. Ambronetta Mae French, the daughter of Artos M. and Emma
Avilla Wilson Horrell, was born December 5, 1893 at Roseville,
Illinois and died Wednesday evening, Nov. 18, 1981 in the Boone
County Hospital in Columbia where she had been a patient one week.
Before being hospitalized she had been a resident of a Nursing
Home in Columbia.
In 1913 she married William Curtis Bollman who preceded her
death in 1914. She was also preceded by her parents and six
brother.
Surviving are two daughters, Alice Despiner of Milan, Illinois
and Florence E. Allen of Green Castle; 6 grandchildren;2
great-grandchildren, 14 great- great- grandchildren; and two
sisters, Mrs. Betty Warden of Vallejo, California and Mrs. Mamie
Hall of Long Beach, California.
Mrs. French lived most of her life in Davenport, Iowa. The past
eight years she has lived in Green Castle and Columbia. She was a
member of the Christian Church.
Grave side services were held 2:00pm Saturday, November 21,
1981 in the Green Castle Cemetery with the Elder Jack L. Jones Of
Green Castle officiating. Services were under the direction of the
Glenn E. Kent and Son Funeral Home.

RAY HORRELL FLEBBE: Kenneth was born Kenneth Ray Horrell. His natural mother
died 17 days after his birth. He was taken by her sister May
Wilson Flebbe to Cairo, Hall, Nebraska. May had no children. It is
said that James Artos never gave May permission to take Kenneth.
Kenneth was listed in James will in 1920 as Kenneth Ray Horrell of
Cairo, Hall, Nebraska. Kenneth died in Prescott Valley, Arizona.
Cremated and buried in Berwyn, Custer, Nebraska
