this

connection,

the
property

Daniel
and
Catherine
McLeod
(see
above).
Owned
property
near
Rembert
Church
in
Sumter
where
he
and
many
of
his
descendants
are
buried.
One
researcher
reports
that
the
book,
"Scots
in
the
Carolina's"
states
that
this
Daniel's
father
was
another
Daniel
McLeod,
not
an
Angus.
