State of Georgia

In the name of God, Amen, I, William Talbot of the County and State aforesaid being weak in body but of sound and disposing mind and memory and calling to mind the transitory things of this life do make and ordain this to be my last will and testament, Revoking all others made by me or in my name.

First, it is my will that my Executors hereafter named shall dispose of my property in the manner following, VIZ-

My wife, Elizabeth Talbot, shall have all the property Household and kitchen Furniture she was possessed of when married to me after discharging all the debts against her at that time and any debts she may contract after, and that they shall dispose of all other of my property after all of my just debts is paid to be equally divided between my children, to wit Green Talbot, Lucy Swift, Matthew Talbot, Harriett Crawford, Mary Nunnally, William Talbot, James Talbot, Haile Talbot, Elizabeth Harvy, Martha Phillips, Emaly Greer. I do hereby appoint as my Executors to this my last will and Testament Green Talbot and William Nunnally.

Given under my hand and Seal this 6th October 1830 in the presence of
