Mattie (Chapman) and John Raper, William "Bill" and Bettie (Sheppard Barnes) Gaddis.  Picture was taken in Okla. at home of Mattie and John Raper.  Mattie is half sister to William "Bill" Gaddis, their mother was Alice Rogers Whalin Gaddis Chapman.  "Bill"'s father was Allen C. Gaddis, trying to locate more information on this family as well as the Raper family.  John Raper is kin to Bill's brother's wife, Cordia Raper.  Bill and his brother lived in Tishomingo, Johnston County, Okla.  Bill and Bettie moved to Texas in 1928, moving to first Irving and then to their farm in Dallas in 1938, where their granddaughter, Jo Lyon Autrey, still lives on part of the original property.
