Across the Fence

Again it was a joy to hear the youth of our community put on their summer musical. They were out at Calvary Baptist Church Sunday night and did a wonderful job. It was very evident that Mrs. Ida Stephenson had done an excellent job in coaching them and that the youth had put in a lot of time and effort in getting their parts down so well. Everything went like clockwork; there was precision, blend of voices and enthusiasm in the presentation. 

The performance was based on the Bible story of the Prodigal Son, only this was 20th century version as seen through the eyes of the youth. Thanks, to our youth, Mrs. Stephenson, and the sponsors for an enjoyable and worthy work well done.
