Ninth
Grade History
We,
the Sophomores of the
Carlton
High School
, have enjoyed many happy school days together. We have worked hard and
feel that we have accomplished our grades well. Many of the Sophomore
students have joined the class in previous years. There are three
students who have been members of the class since its origin in 1927.
They are Dan Anderson, Adrian Bell, and Leland Huffman.
Some
accomplishments of the students of the Sophomore class are:
Miss
Jewell Dove was made Queen of Hamilton County in 1935.
Adrian
Bell won first place in Junior High Declamation of Hamilton County in
1936.
Our
class colors are blue and white and the class flower is the Bluebonnet.
Our
