The County News has been informed that three of these
men are now living: S. N. Clabaugh, Joe Newsom, and John Shaffer. [E.
N. Clabaugh was named on the top row and this reference to him does list
him as S. N. Clabaugh.]
The defendant got 10 years in the penitentiary for
second degree murder, served three of it, and was pardoned.
