PRISCILLA GREEN (1796-aft 1880)daughter of THOMAS & PRISCILLA GREEN.

quarterly court schedule was February, May, August & November:
PRISCE LOWRIE
Take notice that at the next Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held
for the County of Warren, which will be on the 4th Monday of November next,
application will be made to the said Court to have your boys ZED, JAMES &
WILLIAM bound out.

One of the above notices must be handed to PRISCE LOWRIE & the other
returned to Court.
Let them both be signed by the old man THOMAS GREEN & returned by MR.
WILLIAMS or some one else who will be at the Court. The same witness will
hand one of the above notices to PRISCE LOWRIE, and return the other to
Court. If she cannot read, the witness at the time he serves the the notice,
will explain to her the content and object of it.

This Indenture made this 26th day of Nov. A.D. 1844, between H. FITTS,
Chairman of the County Court of Warren County & State aforesaid on behalf of
the Justices of said Court & their successors of the one part & WILLIAM H.
BOBBIT, H. L. PLUMMER & MILES BOBBITT of the other part, witnesseth that the
s'd Justices in pursance to an order of said County Court, made the 26th day
of Nov. & according to the directions of the act of assembly in that case
made & provided doth put, place & bind unto the s'd BOBBITT two orphans
named ZED & JAMES LOWRY, ZED fifteen years & JAMES fourteen years of age
with the s'd BOBBITT to live after the manner of apprentices & servants,
until they shall arrive to the age of 21 years during all which time, the
said apprentices their master faithfully shall serve his lawful commands
every where readily obey; they shall not at any time absent themselves from
sd BOBBITT their masters service, but in all things as good & faithful
servants shall behave towards their said masters & the said W. H. BOBBITT
doth covenant, demise & agree to & with the said FITTS that he will touch &
instruct or cause to be taught & instructed the said ZED to learn the trade,
act or mystery of a blacksmith & JAMES the coachmaking business, and that he
will constantly find & provide for s'd apprentices, during the time
aforesaid sufficient diet, clothing lodging & apparel fitting for
apprentices, and also all other things necessary both in sickness & in
health. In witness whereof the parties have interchangeably set their hands
& seals the day & year first above written.

where readily obeyed he shall not absent himself from THOMAS GREEN, his said
master service but in all things as a good faithful servant shall behave
towards his said master & the said THOMAS GREEN doth covenant, promise &
agree to & with the said FITTS, that he will teach & instruct or cause to be
taught & instructed the said WILLIAM LOWRY to learn the trade & mystery of
farming & that he will constantly find & provide for s'd apprentice, during
the time aforesaid sufficient diet, clothing, lodging & apparel fitting for
an apprentice & as all other things necessary both in sickness & in health.
In witness the parties to these presents have interchangeably set their
hands & seals, the day & year first above written.
