| Notes for Thomas Ross Taylor |
clan of Taylors up in Washington St. They are the descendants of TR Taylor's son, Cyrus Walker Taylor, and they have LOTS of good information about the Taylor history. I've just scratched the surface, but I've already obtained a document titled, "My Family Record in America" complied by Elder Thomas Ross Taylor, A.D. 1904, and another family record compiled by Isaac N. Taylor, Great Grandson of Joseph Taylor SR. I will be transcribing these and more to computer and make them available. 33

Ann and Thomas, a Baptist preacher, stayed in Graves County for almost 10 years after their marriage. About 1871 they moved to Texas, settling in Ennis, Ellis, County, by 1880. |
