To the honorable the Judge of Harford County Court.
The Petition of James Gorrell of Harford County respectfully represents that Andrew Kelly died on or about the year 1792 _____ in fee of the following parcel of land, to wit part of a tract of land called Knights Increase containing about eighty acres more or less lying in the county of Harford. That he left the following heirs at-law Robert Kelly, Elizabeth Gorrell, Jane Hall, Ann Gorrell who intermarried with a certain William Gorrell who since her intermarriage is dead and has left the following children her heirs at-law to wit Betsy, Abraham, James, Rezin, William, Joseph, Ann and Sarah ____ __ together are entitled to an undivided fifth part of said land. Martha Gorrell who intermarried with your partitioner and since hath died leaving the following children to wit Mahaly, Mary, Zadock, Bonsfield, and Naper who together are entitled to one undivided fifth part of said land, and Rachael Kelly who intermarried with William Smith who hath transferred her right to the same unto your petitioner. Your Petitioner prays the appointment of commisioners under the act to ____ ____ to divide the persons interested and being able to agree on the division of __ ____ or value the farm that the court may here after take such order therein as to _______ shall apprection and he as in duty bound will ever pray.
