Spring Brook Cemetery is located in Howell County in Missouri, west of Willow Springs, on county road 5900, near what was once the community known as Sterling. It is surrounded by land owned by the U.S. government. The location is in section 14, township 27N, range 10W of Howell County.

The cemetery is no longer active. It appears to have been abandoned and is not maintained.

According to the South Central Missouri Genealogy Society's volume Howell County Missouri Cemeteries 1795-1987 this cemetery is also known as Forest Flower Cemetery and Spring Valley Cemetery. In his Howell County Missouri Post Offices, Postmasters, and Their Communities, Volume 4, Gerald Groves notes that this cemetery was also called the Quaker Cemetery. In his book, Groves indicates that a significant Quaker community was established near Sterling. He notes that the land for the burial ground was donated for use by the "Willow Springs Monthly Meeting of Friends". The Friends also had a church directly across the road from the cemetery. That church building no longer exists.

As many as a dozen recognizable but unmarked graves can be found in Spring Brook Cemetery. The transcription of the Spring Brook Cemetery Record shows at least four burials which have no markers. The Howell County Missouri Cemeteries 1795-1987 listing for Spring Brook also lists "Mrs. Charlie Hall and several children", none of whom have markers.
