Fishing

I have recently returned to course fishing after a gap of 43 years. What do I enjoy about it. I enjoy the solitude the open air the fight when you catch a big one this does not happen very often but that is not the reason I go. I find fishing very relaxing that is the main reason for going it also is a great stress reliever.

The Royal Navy.

This is another interest of mine. When I worked in London as a chef because of the shifts we worked I found something to do which was mainly free. I decided to try and write a book on the Royal Navy between 1939-1945. This would list all of the ships in the navy during this period there would also be a brief history on each ship as well. Over the years due to moves etc I have started this a few times this time I am putting it on my computer will it get finished I do not know but it will be an interest for my retirement.

I am also interested in reading, music and films.

I would also like to do my family tree maybe another project for when I retire
