This is the Last Will and Testament of one Matthew Biddick, of the Parish of
Saint Issey in the County of Cornwall, Yeoman.
First I will that all just Debts and Funeral expenses be paid and discharged by
my Executrix as shall be hereafter named as soon as Convenient after my Death.
I Give unto my son in Law, James Henwood, formerly of the Parish of Saint
Issey, aforesaid, Draper, one shilling as soon as Convenient after my Decease.
I Give unto my Beloved Wife, Sarah Biddick, her Executors, Administrators and
Assigns, All that part of my Leasehold Premises in the parish of Saint Issey
aforesaid, or Elsewhere that I may be possessed of, or intitled unto, at the
time of my Death, Together with all and Singular my Household Goods, Chattles,
Credits and Effects of every discription whatsoever and Wheresoever at the time
of my Death, she possessing and enjoying the same at her will and Pleasure. I
Do hereby constitute and appoint my said Wife, Sarah Biddick, whole and Sole
Executrix, of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other Wills,
or Wills by me heretofore made. In Witness whereof, I have hereunto set my
Hand and Seal the Eighth Day of August in the year of our Lord one Thousand
eight Hundred and Twelve.
