Biddick--In Clifton, Wis., March 17, 1878, Peter Biddick, aged 57 Years. Mr. Biddick was born at Cornwall, England. Came to this country in 1850 and has been a resident of Clifton since the fall of 1854. He was twice married first in London, England to Miss Hannah Watson in 1844, and in 1856 to Miss Catharine Rundell. Mr. B. was a good citizen, kind neighbor, loving husband and an affectionate father, and honest, industrious, honorable man, punctual to the letter, somewhat impulsive but generous to his friends and kind to the poor. He was a member of the P. M. (Primitive Methodist) Church for some years, but owing to a defect in his hearing, he has not mingled much in society for a number of years. He leaves a wife and six children to mourn their loss.
