Letters of Administration issued to Luther F. Rundell, dated March 7, 1939, R.D. Walker Judge.
Petition For Authority To Sell Real Estate, To the County Court of Grant
County, respectfully shows: that the decedent died Feb. 18, 1939, seized of the
real estate in the Village of Livingston, Grant County, Wis., described as
follows; Lots 1 and 2 of Block 2 of Andrews Addition to the Village of
Livingston, Grant County, Wisconsin.
That said real estate is subject to a mortgage in favor of Will Nicholson in the sum of $1900.00, which said mortgage is in default, and that the said
mortgagee, Will Nicholson, had made demand for the payment of the note secured
by said mortgage.
That the heirs at law of the said deceased, including his widow, have entered
into an agreement for the sale of this real estate, hereinafter described, to
one C. A. Iverson for the sum of $2500.00 and said heirs have agreed to transfer their interest
in said property to the said C. A. Iverson in consideration thereof.
That the sale of said real estate is for the best interests of the estate of
the deceased, and for the best interests of his heirs at law.
Wherefor, your petitioner applies to this Court for authority to sell the above
described real estate to the said C. A. Iverson, and give a good and sufficient
deed of conveyance of said real estate.
