In the Matter of the Estate of Franklin B. Rundell, Deceased.
At a term of said Court held at the City of Lancaster on March 8, 1940.
Present, Honorable R.D. Walker, Judge Presiding.
The application of Luther F. Rundell, as administrator of the estate of said deceased for the settlement and
allowance of his final account, and the assignment of the residue of said
estate, etc....
The Court finds: That said deceased died seized of the following described
real estate, to-wit:
Homestead: Lots 1 and 2 of Block 2 in Andrew's Addition to the Village of
Livingston, Grant County, Wisconsin. (other land in Iowa County, Wisconsin.)
That thereafter and heretofore said homestead was sold and transferred to C. A. Iverson, said conveyance being made by Administrator's Deed pursuant to authority duly
obtained from this Court and by Quit Claim Deeds from all of the heirs herein.
That all inheritance, estate and income taxes, if any, for which said estate is
liable, have been determined and paid, and that the statutory provisions for
the perpetual care of lot or grave of decedent have been complied with.
That the said Franklin B. Rundell died intestate on Feb. 18, 1939, and was
survived by the following named heirs and beneficiaries: Hannah M. Rundell, widow; Luther F. Rundell, son; and Milton C. Rundell, son.
Wherefore, It Is Ordered and Adjudged, That the account of said Luther F.
Rundell, as stated aforesaid, be and the same is hereby allowed.
It Is Further Ordered and Adjudged, That the real estate aforesaid referred to
above as "Other Land" be and the same is hereby assigned, as of the date of the
death of said decedent Feb. 18, 1939, to Hannah M. Rundell, Luther F. Rundell
and Milton C. Rundell, to each an undivided .
