I, Charles Almond Iverson, of the village of Livingston, Grant County, Wisconsin, being of sound mind
and memory, do hereby make and publish and declare that this my last will and
testament hereby revoking all former wills, bequests and devices by me at any
time heretofore made.
FIRST. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my
personal property as soon as possible after my decease.
SECOND. I give, devise and bequeath to my children, hereinafter mentioned, or
their heirs, to be divided equally between them, share and share alike, all the
rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed.

of the Town of Clifton, Grant County, Wisconsin, executor of this my last will
and testament.
