(Fall, 1957 - ?)
Dear Geneva,
I moved into this apt. Tues. after I came back. The same night a 21 yr. old
switchman was coming home from work at 3:45. I guess he fell asleep - well,
anyway he struck my car. The back and left hind fender of my car is wrecked.
His car is in worse shape.
Well, anyway I was not at fault as I was legally parked. His insurance will
pay for the damage done on my car. The car is still in Milwaukee in a garage.
So I don't suppose I will be home for the fair.
If Clarence comes home show him this as he was talking about going to Green Bay.
There sure is a lot of red tape connected to something like this.
I got the apt. some cheaper.
As ever,
Florence
