1910 Postcard ~ New $30,000 Miller School Postcard was sent to my maternal grandmother, Mrs. John A. (Bertha Mast) Siegling, Burdette, SD by her friend 'Lena'. The last line says, "Wishing you a Happy New Year". Postmark is not clear, but would assume the latter part of December, 1910 or January 1911. Grandparents were married March 27, 1910. CSR |
White framed entrance faced the south. In later years this entrance was bricked
up. Door shown to the right was on the east side of the school.
