Congratulations Annemarie, The Hanlon Homepage has won the 2002 Monumental Award presented to you by the Bunnell Family Heritage Web Site. It is not very often that we award the Monumental Award to applicants due to its strict requirements, but we found the Hanlon Homepage to be a very special web site with very well put together information, with many Hanlon contributions to society. We are very honored to award you the 2002 Monumental Award. The 2002 Monumental Award pictures the Leeson Family mausoleum located in Elwood, Indiana at the Elwood City cemetery. This mausoleum was built by the Bunnell Family from Urbana, Ohio in the early 1900's and was used as a speciman for advertisement for the Bunnell Monument company. The tradition of stone carving and sculpture has been passed down through our family for nearly 200 years. We are pleased to give you a piece of our tradition.
