TOWN HALL IN MILTONSBURG
This
is a photo of the current town hall in Miltonsburg, Ohio. It stands on the main street of Miltonsburg,
Ohio. The inside looks much like a
church with its two rows of bench seats all facing toward the lectern that is
at the opposite end from the front door.
In a former life it was a 2-story "department store" Yunkes'
Big Store. Only the storefront remains. It is the building on Lot 5 of the Plan of Miltonsburg. At one time there was a house
attached to the left side. This photo
was taken in November 2002.
