Désiré Gobeyn died on 30 September 1946 at East Moline, Rock Island County, Illinois, at age 79. He was buried on 2 October 1946 at St. Anthony at Cornwall.

     Francies Gobeyn was born on 18 June 1820 at Maldegem. He was the son of Ambrosius Gobeyn and Joanna Longueville. Francies Gobeyn married Barbara Bauwens, daughter of Leonard Bauwens and Veronica Corthals, on 8 February 1848 at Maldegem.
Francies Gobeyn died on 13 April 1906 at Maldegem at age 85.

     Barbara Bauwens was born on 4 August 1830 at Maldegem. She was the daughter of Leonard Bauwens and Veronica Corthals. Barbara Bauwens married Francies Gobeyn, son of Ambrosius Gobeyn and Joanna Longueville, on 8 February 1848 at Maldegem.
Barbara Bauwens died on 26 August 1883 at Maldegem at age 53.

     Francis Claeys was born on 24 February 1835 at Moerweghe, Adegem. He was the son of Pieter Jacobus Claeys and Ferdinande Meulebroeck. Francis Claeys married Seraphina Van Landschoot, daughter of Felix Van Landschoot and Marie Thérèse Bultynck, on 2 June 1865 at Maldegem.
Francis Claeys died after 1910 at St Laureins.

     Nathalie Claeys was born on 12 June 1872 at Moerhuize, Maldegem. She was the daughter of Francis Claeys and Seraphina Van Landschoot. Nathalie Claeys married Désiré Gobeyn, son of Francies Gobeyn and Barbara Bauwens, on 5 September 1890 at Maldegem.
Nathalie Claeys died on 6 November 1936 at St Frances hospital, Kewanee, Henry County, Illinois, at age 64.¹ She was buried on 9 November 1936 at Saint Anthony Cemetery at Atkinson.

     Jan Bernard Claeys was born on 12 February 1869 at Moerhuize, Maldegem. He was the son of Francis Claeys and Seraphina Van Landschoot. Jan Bernard Claeys married Philomena De Metsenaere, daughter of Charles De Metsenaere and Sophie Pieters, on 24 July 1895 at St Laureins.

     Josephine Marie Claeys was born on 25 February 1877 at Moerhuize, Maldegem. She was the daughter of Francis Claeys and Seraphina Van Landschoot. Josephine Marie Claeys married André Louis Thielman, son of Ferdinand Thielman and Marie Theresia Van Vooren, on 9 September 1898 at St Laureins.
Josephine Marie Claeys died on 28 February 1944 at Rochester, Monroe County, New York, at age 67.¹ She was buried on 2 March 1944 at Holy Sepulchre at Rochester.

Clement Gobeyn died on 22 December 1947 at Harper Hospital, Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan, at age 47.

     Louis Francis Gobeyn was born on 8 February 1892 at Atkinson, Henry County, Illinois. He was the son of Désiré Gobeyn and Nathalie Claeys. Louis Francis Gobeyn married Zulma Marie Cattoor, daughter of Leo Cattoor and Sophie De Vos, on 25 January 1916 at St Malachy's church, Geneseo, Henry County, Illinois.

     Kenneth VanDeWoestyne was born on 18 July 1924 at Geneseo Township, Henry County, Illinois. He was the son of Seraphinus VanDeWoestyne and Mary Gobeyn. Kenneth VanDeWoestyne died on 22 January 2012 at Hammond-Henry Hospital, Geneseo, Henry County, Illinois, at age 87.¹ He was buried on 25 January 2012 at North Cemetery at Geneseo.
