Havercroft Family Research This web site contains details of Havercrofts and their families from all around the world that have been collected over a number of years. Many of the names are of individuals whose families have not been found. Others are of family groups whose origins have not been confirmed. There are two large family trees based on Roberte Havercrofte b.Abt 1580 in South Ferriby, Lincolnshire and Joseph Havercroft b.1746 in Barton-upon-Humber, Lincolnshire as well as several smaller family groups - so far these Family Trees have not been connected. The object of the web site is to help us all in our research, particularly those who are just starting out in their search for Havercroft ancestors. Hopefully you will find someone here who is an ancestor of yours, if not then I would like to hear from you because you may be from a new or unknown branch of the family. Even if you do find your ancestors here, I would still appreciate a message because you may know of someone who we haven't yet heard of. Please note that the data presented here is only about two thirds of the database the other third consists of Havercrofts who are (or are possibly) still alive, if you want further details please send me an email. I will be updating the data from time to time with any additions that have been found and/or corrections that have been made so please come back and visit the site when you can. The date the data was created is shown at the bottom of each page. Presenting the data in this way has highlighted some duplicates that I have not had time to sort out. Please use the menu on the left for an explanation of each of the sections. Each individual has been given a unique number (RIN) to help to identify them in the tables provided. Family groups have also been identified with an 'F' number i.e. a number prefixed with the letter F. You can find more details about an individual and their family by clicking on their name or icon. Every attempt has been made to ensure that no living persons are included in the data. If you find that this is not the case and you want a person to be removed, please contact me with the details. If you have details/corrections for any of the families or individuals listed here please contact me with the details. And please let me know if you find your ancestors!
