When you email me, please let me know how we're related, with names of your parents, grandparents, great-grandparents and so on, especially if you know exactly how we're related.

If your ancestor married into one of my branches of the family, and his or her name is merely listed as a spouse with no additional information, there's almost certainly nothing more I can share with you, especially if it's more than a century ago.

If we're related and share one of my main surnames (Heddins, Daigle, Barber, Girlinghouse, Stanbery, Ballard, Rushing, Bond, Curtis, Bass, Fitzgerald, LeBoeuf, Blanchard, Croom, Brewster, McCarty, Collinsworth, Gregory, Oglesby, Petty, Lunsford, Blanchard), I may have additional information, including photos and descendants lists I can send you. Likewise, I'll probably be interested in receiving information from you on your branch of the family if we're indeed blood-kin.

In most cases (except for the Heddins family), data and histories prior to 1800 that I have posted on this website are probably not my own, but has been gleaned from other researchers and websites, so I may not have verified the accuracy of the early data. Therefore there's a good chance that some of it contains errors, and for that I apologize. However, I'll do my best to give you my sources.
