To my wife Mary - lend to her my Negroes & all the rest of my personal estate during her life or widowhood & after her decease to be divided among my children Roger TILLMAN, George TILLMAN, William TILLMAN & Elizabeth BUTLER, Tabitha BUTLER, Mary AVERY & Sarah HUNT. Wit: John HOUSE, Tabitha (x) ARCHER, Nathaniel HOWELL. Probate indicates that the widow Mary TILLMAN qualified to administer the estate with Charles KING, Dyonisious WRIGHT, John AVERY & Nicholas LANIER as securities."
