Additional living descendants are available. Even if John is not a child of Nicholas Tillman, this expands and anchors a substantial family of Tillmans and associated families in NJ. The father of Nicholas in about 1745 is a mystery. Nicholas could have come to NJ from NC with Thomas Helms, If so, John was probably born in NJ.
