Andrew's father died in 1505 in his fifty-fifth year, when Andrewsucceeded. Andrew is stated to have been careless in his affairs and hadto sell Dreighmorn to the Crawfurds of Drumsay, under reversion, and heldby them for two or three generations.
Duncan M'Kie of Larg also obtained a wadset on the farm of Lessons whichwas continued to Patrick and then Fergus McKIE on wadset charters. AndrewHERON is believed to have died in 1529. Whom he married is unknown, buthe had issue - John. (McKerlie)
