John DOUGLAS was born 1697 in Galloway, Scotland. He married Martha HERON June 18, 1742 in Penninghame, Wigtownshire. He died November 01, 1761 in Virginia. Martha HERON, daughter of James HERON and Marion SHAW , was born 1716 in <Penninghame, Wigtownshire, Scotland>. She died 1778.
