Lola Prestwidge of Australia believes that James HERON emigrated toAustralia on the passenger ship Durham 31/8/1911 as the manifest detailsindicate a James HERON, Scottish, single, occupation: railway worker.Gravesend to Melbourne to Sydney to Brisbane.
MARRIAGE:
It was also stated by Herons in Scotland that James HERON married afemale HERON in Brisbane, Australia and had four sons and four daughters.As yet have not been able to find any marriage records to that effect. Onthe other hand, there is evidence that James HERON did marry an AnnieEllen CALDERWOOD in 1915 (Source: 1915/B16763)
