Charles HERON, son of Patrick HERON and Ann VINING , was born December 10,1724 in Vicar's Hill, Lymington, Hampshire, Eng.. He married Cecilia abt. 1756 in Portsmouth, Hampshire, England. He died March 15, 1804. Cecilia was born March 14, 1722. She died January 23, 1782.
