Mr. Wells died this AM. He passed this life easy without a groan or struggle and died happy in the Lord.

E, 3rd Vermont Infantry, at Lee's Mill, Virginia. The minister enlisted and suffered the same fate, or worse, in the notorious Andersonville Prison.
