I know very little about Priscelian Caroline Webb.  She was the oldest child of John G. Webb's that lived to an adult age.  She married twice, first to an unknown Chaney and later to Henry C. Williams.  Hopefully this page will be able to be filled out more fully, but for now all I really know is that she had to have lived up till 1885, when the last child I have recorded is born.  Other than that.... zip.
