Sarah Lou Genie Webb was born on April 9, 1863 along with her twin sister, Mary Lou Raney Webb. They were the ninth and tenth children of Billy and Nettie. I do not know much about Sarah's life, but she married Rob Franks and lived most of her life in the hills of Itawamba County, not far from the place of her birth. The above photo shows all of her known children. She died in 1951 of cancer. She had a particularly nasty form of cancer on the upper left side of her face. It is visible in the photos below.
Many of her descendants still live around Clover Ridge and the Clay communities in Itawmaba County in the Franks, Holley, and Roberts families.
