To All People to whome these presents Shall Come Greetting Know yee that wee John Johnson Senr and Nathaniel Johnson of the towm of marlborough in the County of middlesex in the province of the massachusets Bay in New England Husbandmen for Divers Good Causes and waighty Considerations moveing us theirunto have for us our heirs Executors Administrators and Assignes Granted Bargained and Sold And By these presents do fully Clearly and Absolutely Give Grant Bargain and sell Alien Convay and Confirme unto John Barns Senr o the same town and County above mentioned Hisbandman thirty acres of Land Granted for a first Devition of upland to our Honoured father Solomon Johnson in the six thousand acres of Land Last purchased of the Indians by sertain inhabtants of Marlborough caled by the Name agogonquomeset Latly Laid to sd marlborough by the General Court also four acres of Swanp land and two acres of meadow already Laid out all which percels are Butted and Bounded as foloweth the thirty acres of Land granted for a first Devition of upland with four acres of swanpland being one intierpeace with Concord Road Runing through the same it being setuate weasterly of whit pond meadow bounded Weasterly by the first Devition Land of Thomas Wheler and every other way by the Common Land the two acres of meadow is Lying in twopercels one percel being about twenty Rods in the Lowerhole belonging to Longmeadow next Assabeth River bounded southerly by the meadow of Thomas Butler and eery other way by the Common Land the other lyeth on Assabeth River bounded weasterly by the sd River Easterly by the meadow of Nathaniel Johnson Northerly by the Common Land or the town land southerly by the common upland Also all other Devition or Deviotions any already Granted or that may at any time hereafter be Granted to be Laid out in the sd six thousan acres belonging in proportion unto the sd thirty acres of first Devition Land that is all Rights and preveledges belonging to or any maner of ways belongs to the said thirty acres of first Devition Land in all the Commons or undevided Land of the sd Six thousand acres of Land To Have And To Hold the above Granted and Bargained thirty acres of Land Granted for a first Devition of upland and the four acres of swamp and the two acres of meadow be the same more or less with all Rights and preveledges arising from --torn fold-- sd thirty acre Lot with all the isues --torn crease-- theireof unto himself the said John Barns Senr and to his heirs and Asignes to his and their only proper use and behoofe in a Good and suer estat of inheretance forever and we the said John Johnson and Nethaniel Johnson do hereby Kosigne Koleas and forever quit Claim unto all and every part and percel of the above mentioned premises further -ore we the said John Johnson and Nathaniel Johnson for us our heirs Executors, Administrators So Covenant and Grant to and with the said John Barns senr that he the sd John Barnes senr his heirs and assgnes shall and may from time to time and at all times have hold occupy posses and injoy all the primeses above mentioned with all the isues and profeets of the same without the Least Denial Disturbance or Contridiction of us the said John Johnson and Nathaniel Johnson our heirs Executors Administraors or Assignes or any of them or of any other person or persons what so ever Lawfully Claiming or haveing in Right title or intrest their in or in any part or percel their of by from or under us or Ether of us in wittness whereof we the said John Johnson and Nathaniel Johnson habe hereunto put our hands and seals this fifteenth Day of March Anno Domini one thousand seven hundred and six and in the fifth year of the Raigne of our Soveraigne Lady Anne of England & the Queen
