March 21st 1706 Laid out in Marlborough within the Cow Commons to 'Barnes, John'John Barnes Thirty acres and three quartyers of an acre of Land Twenty-eight acres their of Granted to him for a divition within the Cow Commons and two acres and three quarters of an acres their of being Adition Land Granted to Thomas Barnes Lying in three parcels Twelv acres and an half acres their of Lyeth adjoyning to his own meadow at milham or pond meadow bounded northerly by John Brigham Southerly partly by his own meadow & partly by undevided Land Every way els by the undevided Land and Eighteen acres and seven Rods their of Lyeth upon adition hil Bounded Easterly by John Banistor northerly & southerly by undivided Land weasterly partly by his own land & partly by the undevided land and thirty three Rods their of Lieth adjoyning to his home lot bounded Southerly by sd Lot northerly by an highway Every way els by the Common land Serveyed by me David Havens
