This Bill or Bond Bindeth & fearmly by thes presents oblidgeth Mee Thomas Cox of the towne of Boston in the County of Suffolke & province of the Massachucets Bay in the Queens Dominion of New England victler to pay or Cause to bee paid unto Mr John Barns Senier of the towne of Mallberah in the County of Midellsex in the aforesaid Dominion of New England -man the full & Just Some of fortey three pounds and Eighteene Shillings of currant Money of New England the which Some well & truly to bee paid: I bind Mee My Hears Excetrs Adminestrs & Assigns in the peanalt some of Eighty Seven poinds & Sixteene Shillings in Cause of My nott payeing the Sume above Spesified one or beefore the first Day of June next Insuring the Datte of thes presents itt beefing then Lawfulley Demanded by the said Mr John Barns Senier his hears Excetrs Administrators Assigns or sav hirn Atturney or Ether of them aft the Day above spesified & for the true Conformation & paying the abovesaid Some first above Menshoned aft the Daye of the abovesaid Datte if then itt bee by hime or them or Ether of them Demanded as Afforesaid In Wittness wheareof I have hearunto Sett My hand & Affixed My Seale this first Day of Hine & in the first yeare of the Raigne of our Soverigne Ladey Queene Anne queene of England Scottland & lerland Queene Defender of the faith Anno q-- Cristey one thousand seven houndred & three =yeoman plast aft the beegining of the sixt Line beefore Sinde & Sealed
