Miles Moody and Wife
Deed to Benjamin F. Morgan

This indenture made and entered into this the 11th day of December 1865 between Miles Moody of the first part and Benjamin F. Morgan of the second part. Witnesseth that the party of the first part in consideration of the sum of eight hundred dollars to him paid by the party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged doth hereby grant bargain sell and convey unto the said party of the second part the following described real estate to wit; the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter, Also the Southwest fourth of the Northeast quarter of section thirty six Township five range five east containing in all one hundred and twenty acres more or less and the party of the first part will forever warrant and defend the title of the same to the said party of the second part and to his representatives and assigns from every lawful claim whatsoever in testimony whereof the party of the first part hath signed sealed these presents on the date above written.
