Nuncupative Will
Memorand:Richard Boyse of the County of Somerset, master tombor [?], on the nineteenth day of May one thousand six hundred and fifty nine, having then an intent to dispose of his estate said these words or words to the like effect, I give and bequeath to my wife Elizabeth Boyse all my goods and chattels which words were spoken by him in the _________ of the whole manner and form written. Thethirtieth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand six hundred and sixty a commission held forth to Elizabeth Boyse the relict and lawful legatory nominated in the nuncupative will of the decd to Administer the goods, chattels and estates of the said decd according to the ______ and effect of his said will ___ ____ ___ in nominated __ Executrix. She being first sworne by Commission truly to Administer.
