Gandy's 1920 address at 2627 Allegheny Ave is very near the site where the Budd Plant stood on Hunting Park Ave. and they were a very large employer at the time. It seems quite likely he worked there. between 1920 and 1930 at Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

    Predeceased by his wife Winona Brank Woodlin, brother, Carlton H. Woodlin.

    Memorial services will be held 11:00 AM Friday June 26th at the LAUGHREY FUNERAL HOME, Pennsville, where friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM prior to the service. Burial will be private.
